World Heritage site

Our Gordon River cruise took us via the World Heritage site where massive trees that started as mere seedlings 2000 years ago silently watch over you. You can almost hear the ancient trees talking to you, as the drops of water fall silently on the forest floor.
The Tasmanian World Heritage area protects one of the last true wilderness areas on earth. It covers about 1/5 of Tasmania. We are truly blessed to have experienced the immense beauty of this part of the world. It makes you feel so small.
